When will my order ship?

We process orders within 1 to 3 business days. Handcrafted products such as sprays and oils may take a day or so longer, as they need to rest and be activated before shipping. Once your order ships, we will email you with tracking so you can be aware of when to expect your package.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Whatcha got? 😃  We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, GPay, JCB, MasterCard, Visa, Unionpay, PayPal, Klarna, Afterpay, and ACH.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. You can see shipping rates during checkout. Please note that we are not responsible for Customs Fees. Each country sets different rates so be sure look up the rates for your country before purchasing.

What is your return policy?

Because of the personal and energetic nature of our products, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we'll work with you to find a solution.

Do you offer wholesale?

Not at this time. Check back with us in Summer 2026.

Do I need to be a certain skill level for your workshops?

Most workshops are for any skill level. Advanced classes will state the suggested experience level on the registration page.
